Ningbo Highpoint Machinery Co., Ltd founded in 2008, near the Ningbo port, certified by IFTA16949, workshop covers 8000 square meters, staff 112 person, is a manufacturer specialized in aluminum or zinc die casting molds and components.
We have settle a complete mold design, manufacturing and die casting, machining, testing system. We equip 8 sets die casting machines with 960T/800T/500T/300T/180T and nearly 100 sets machines include EDM, engraving, line cutting, CNC, CNC lathe, shot blasting, vibration, milling, drilling and other production equipment. And X-ray detection, spectrometer, CMM and a variety of inspection tools.
Products cover electric forklift motor shell, sensor shell; communication equipment housing and chassis; oil pump, water pump, blower body; and streetlight housing and other aluminum or zinc alloy die casting components. The company can design and manufacture more than 150 sets die-cast molds and more than 6000 tons of die casting products per year.
In 2015, the company independently developed and designed the molds for the key parts of the rotor spinning machine, as well as the production of parts and the assembly of components. And invested in Multi-Tao Automation & Technology (Suzhou) Company Limited, specializing in the production of new automatic electronic precision intelligent high-end Rotor Spinning Machine.
